If your company is looking for an accurate, reliable and low-maintenance liquid turbine meter, consider the Daniel 1200 Series. CRT Measurement Services can help you design solutions tailored to your measurement and control requirements.
The 1200 Series Liquid Turbine Meter is designed for light hydrocarbons, like gasoline or diesel. It uses speed to measure how much liquid flows through the pipe. This liquid turbine meter is known for its accuracy, reliability and ease of maintenance.
The 1200 Series are built to withstand tough conditions and provide precise readings for industries such as oil, gas and chemicals. As a result, companies can track and control their liquid products safely and efficiently.
You can trust this liquid turbine meter due to some of its quality performance specifications:
The Series 1200 Liquid Turbine Meter includes design features that minimize downtime and maintenance. The primary feature is a self-cleaning, flow-through bearing that allows higher flow rates and extended flow ranges for light hydrocarbons and crude production. This integrated benefit can increase your company’s employee safety and process efficiency.
In addition, the local mounted enclosure (LME) can be designed with one or two pickoff coils alongside the standard dual-channel preamplifier. Combining these components provides total pulse integrity, eliminating the risk of double-counted or missing pulses. A new threaded lid design allows easy access to the preamplifier and pickoff coils. The LME’s aluminum or stainless steel construction is explosion and weather-proof for safe use in harsh environments.
